The Association of Public Basic Education Teachers in Lebanon announced the trend towards escalation, in objection to what it described as a lack of respect for the opinion of the State Shura Council and failure to take it into account, calling for the suspension of administrative work tomorrow, Tuesday.

The association’s position came after a meeting it held today via the “Zoom” application, during which the attendees expressed, in a statement, their dissatisfaction with the way things turned out, especially in terms of not respecting the opinion of the Shura Council and not taking it into account.

The association called for escalation by suspending administrative work tomorrow, Tuesday, stressing full commitment to what will be issued by the Public Sector Associations Association today.
