Hezbollah continued to escalate its operations against the Israeli army on more than one axis in southern Lebanon and northern Israel, announcing a series of attacks with assault drones and missiles that targeted tanks, vehicles, command headquarters, and infrastructure, in conjunction with the military media publishing scenes from previous operations and a message addressed in Hebrew to the settlers.

Hezbollah’s military media published a video clip that it said documented scenes from the operation to target an Israeli army command room in the Avivim barracks on the southern Lebanese border, on May 25, 2026, by the “Ababil” attack helicopter.

The military media also published another video in Hebrew directed at the settlers, which stated: “A reminder…no security zone will prevent its activation or use,” in a message that the party linked to the continued use of assault marches against Israeli sites and vehicles.

In successive statements, Hezbollah announced that, at 12:30 today, Saturday, it targeted a Merkava tank on the outskirts of the town of Yahmar al-Shaqif in the “Ababil” assault area, which led to its destruction, according to the statement.

The party added that, at 1:10 p.m., it targeted a “Yagi” military vehicle belonging to the Israeli army on the outskirts of the town of Yahmar al-Shaqif, in the “Ababil” assault range, announcing its destruction.

At 14:30, Hezbollah announced the targeting of the Yaara barracks with a swarm of attack drones, before announcing, in another statement, the targeting of a leadership headquarters of the Israeli army in the town of Naqoura at 16:30 with a swarm of attack drones.

The party also announced that, at 16:50, it targeted infrastructure belonging to the Israeli army in the Nahariya Basaliya settlement with a missile.

In a broader field statement, Hezbollah said that its fighters had been confronting, since dawn on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, until the moment the statement was issued, the Israeli army’s advance toward the outskirts of the eastern towns of Zawtar, Yahmar al-Shaqif, and Dibbin, through complex operations using various types of weapons.

In its statement, the party confirmed that the Israeli army suffered heavy losses in personnel and equipment in these confrontations, noting that it has not yet been able to control the aforementioned towns, and is still maneuvering on their outskirts.

At 17:45, Hezbollah announced the targeting of a “D9” bulldozer belonging to the Israeli army in the southeastern outskirts of the eastern town of Zawtar, using the “Ababil” attack helicopter.

Later, the party announced that it had targeted Israeli army infrastructure in the Karmiel settlement at 19:15 with a missile.

These operations, according to Hezbollah statements, come in response to Israeli violations of the ceasefire and attacks that targeted villages in southern Lebanon, resulting in martyrs and a number of wounded among civilians.

The density of data and the diversity of targets reflect the transition of the confrontation to a stage based on combining attack drones, missiles, and combined operations on the axes of ground advance. It also highlights the use of “Ababil” drones to target tanks, vehicles, and headquarters, in an attempt by Hezbollah to impose direct field pressure on the Israeli forces and prevent their advances from being consolidated on the outskirts of the southern towns, in exchange for Israel continuing to expand its operations and trying to convert military pressure into field gains.
