A statement issued by His Eminence Sheikh Hikmat Al -Hijri

Based on the negotiations under the sponsorship of the guarantor countries.
The following was agreed:

1. Public security spread:
   Public security barriers are deployed outside the administrative borders of the As -Suwayda Governorate, with the aim of controlling the engagement and preventing the infiltration of any groups into the province.
2. Border villages:
   It is forbidden to enter any party to the border villages for 48 hours from the time of the agreement, in order to allow the deployment of security forces from the other side, in order to avoid any surprise attacks.
3. Bedouin clans:
   The remainder of the tribesmen in the interior in the governorate regions is allowed to come out safe and guaranteed with a believer’s luxury from the factions operating on the ground without any objection or abuse from any party.
4. Human exit crossings:
   The safe exit crossings of emergency and humanitarian cases are determined by:
   • Busra Silk
   • Bosra Al -Sham
5. Adjust the movements of civil groups:
   We call on all civil groups to refrain from going out outside the administrative borders of the Suwayda Governorate, and avoid any provocations or combat moves.
6. Responsibility for breaking the agreement:
   Any party individually holds any behavior outside the framework of this agreement, fully responsible for the collapse of the understandings concluded.
7. Call to the youth of the province:

We direct our appeal to our youth, the protectors of the land and the offer, to work in high coordination and a maximum responsibility to end this ordeal that affected our safe people
