In the “Friday Message,” Kabalan considered that the Lebanese authority “is living in a complex of its deadly dependency on Washington,” saying that direct negotiation with Israel “puts Lebanon’s sovereign head on the table,” describing what is happening as “more free sovereign concessions.”

He believed that “the most dangerous thing lies in an American-Zionist plan of action whose goal is to push the Lebanese army against the resistance and the people,” considering that “the idea of ​​gradual withdrawal” comes within arrangements intended to be imposed on Lebanon for the benefit of Washington and Tel Aviv.
