
The Minister of Interior and Municipalities, Ahmed Al-Hajjar, sent a message of congratulations to the Lebanese people on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr, in the midst of the difficult circumstances the country is witnessing, and urged them to cling to optimism and make efforts to build a more stable and secure future.
Al-Hajjar said in a statement: “With the critical conditions that Lebanon is suffering from, and on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, we extend our sincere congratulations to the Lebanese, our families and loved ones, hoping that this Eid will bring promising signs of stability and tranquility.”
He also added: “We pray to God that the coming days will bring a ray of hope, and that this Eid will be a turning point towards a better era for our country and its people, an era based on security and peace.”
Minister Al-Hajjar’s congratulations come at a time when Lebanon is facing escalating security and humanitarian difficulties, which gives the holiday a national dimension that goes beyond the usual celebrations, and makes it an occasion to pray and look forward to a safer and more reassured era.
