The Israeli army spokesman, Avichay Adraee, issued an important warning to the residents of southern Lebanon, specifically the people of the village of Arab al-Jal, asking them to immediately evacuate one of the buildings and its surrounding areas.
Adraee explained in his post on the “X” platform that the Israeli army will soon attack Hezbollah’s military infrastructure. He pointed out that the residents of the building marked in red on the attached map, and the buildings adjacent to it, are required to evacuate urgently.
He stressed the need for residents to stay at least 300 meters away from the site, warning that staying within the designated buildings would put their lives in danger.
This warning comes in the context of an ongoing military escalation, as last night, Israeli warplanes carried out a series of air strikes targeting several southern towns, including Taybeh, Deir Kifa, Qana, Zibqin, Kafr Jawz, and Habbush, in addition to a raid between the towns of Qana and Al-Bayadh.
Field information reported that a raid targeted the town of Deir Kifa, resulting in the death of 3 people who were still under the rubble, while a missile fell in the Al-Khashna area in the town of Qana without exploding.
Israeli warplanes also launched a violent raid on the town of Habbush, in conjunction with other raids targeting various towns in the region.
In parallel with the air strikes, the outskirts of a number of towns were subjected to Israeli artillery shelling, targeting the vicinity of the towns of Jabal al-Batm, Yatar, Zibqin, al-Taybeh, Khiam, and Kfar Shuba, which indicates a widening scope of escalation on the southern front.
