The Israeli bombing continued on the southern suburb of Beirut, as the last hours witnessed a series of new attacks targeting various areas in the context of the ongoing military escalation.
In this regard, a reporter reported that Israeli aircraft bombed the “Al-Qard Al-Hassan” building – Parking No. 4 in the Al-Salam neighborhood, without prior warning.
The reporter also explained that two Israeli raids hit the southern suburb of Beirut, coinciding with a strong raid that targeted the previously warned building in the Choueifat-Amrousieh area.
The Israeli aircraft carried out this raid in Amrousiya shortly after an Israeli warning called on residents to leave the targeted building and neighboring buildings and move away from them to a safe distance.
The nature of the damage resulting from these attacks or the occurrence of casualties was not clear in the first hours, amid intense flight of warplanes and drones in the skies of the southern suburb.
These raids come in light of the ongoing Israeli escalation in Beirut and the southern suburbs, which were preceded during the past few hours by multiple strikes on various areas of the capital, some of which came after direct warnings to residents to evacuate certain buildings before targeting them.
The raids also reached areas in southern Lebanon, in parallel with the continued intense overflights of Israeli aircraft, which indicates the expansion of the scope of military operations and the increasing intensity of field tension.
