Dynamic Island is smaller: Leaks indicate that Apple intends to reduce the size of the Dynamic Island feature for the first time since its appearance, by moving some components of Face ID to the bottom of the screen, which may reduce the area of this interactive island by up to 35%.
Variable aperture camera: This main camera will allow control of the amount of light entering the sensor, improving depth of field and image quality in various lighting conditions, a move similar to professional cameras.
Apple A20 Pro 2nm processor: The phone will likely run on the new “A20 Pro” 2nm processor, which will provide better performance and higher power efficiency, in addition to improvements in wireless connectivity thanks to the N2 chip.
Modem developed by Apple: The phone will include the new Apple C2 modem, which supports mmWave 5G networks with improved power consumption, and may provide 5G connectivity via satellite in some cases, reducing dependence on external suppliers.
Larger battery: The battery capacity is expected to reach 5200 mAh compared to 5088 mAh in the previous generation, which gives a noticeable improvement in battery life when combined with the more efficient processor.
New, bolder colors: The “Pro” series will come in new colors such as brown, violet and burgundy, with a slight modification in the back design to increase the flow between the glass and metal frame and reduce the effect of the two-color design.
Prices may remain unchanged: Despite the rise in component costs, Apple seeks to maintain the prices of the new generation at the level of the previous generation, which may give it a competitive advantage over companies such as Samsung, which has raised the prices of some of its leading phones.
