The “Islamic Resistance” in Lebanon announced, in a statement, the implementation of a military operation this morning, Tuesday, March 3, 2026. The statement stated that the operation took place at exactly five o’clock in the morning, as the Ramat David Air Base in northern occupied Palestine was targeted by a group of attack drones. The attack focused on the radar sites and control rooms located in the base.
The statement indicated that this operation came “in response to the Israeli aggression” that targeted many Lebanese cities and villages, including the southern suburb of Beirut. The statement stated that this aggression caused martyrs and injuries, in addition to the destruction of buildings and infrastructure and the displacement of civilians.
The “Islamic Resistance” confirmed that its targeting was directed at military sites, stressing that this measure falls within the framework of “defending the land and the people.” She explained that the aim of the operation was to prevent Israel from continuing to implement what she described as dangerous goals that threaten Lebanon as a state, people and resistance.
The statement concluded by emphasizing that “victory comes from God, the Mighty, the Wise.”
