At the invitation of the North Lebanon Committee at the National Meeting of Agricultural Bodies in Lebanon, an agricultural meeting will be held in the hall of St. James Church in Kfarhazir – Koura District, with the aim of registering farmers in the agricultural registry.

The Ministry of Agriculture, represented by the North Lebanon Agriculture Service and the Agricultural Center in Koura, will conduct the process of registering farmers in the agricultural registry, in full coordination with the municipality of Kafarhazir and the Cooperative Association of Olive Growers in Koura.

Registration will begin on February 27, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and those wishing to register must bring the following documents: title deeds, personal identity, and a family registration document, in order to complete the registration process and obtain a “farmer card.”

The meeting includes an orientation seminar at 11:00, presented by engineer Marwa Hammoud, which addresses the topic of “soil testing and balanced fertilization,” with the aim of supporting correct agricultural practices and increasing productivity.
