Trump refutes allegations of support for Iran and confirms: If it had happened, we would have known about it immediately

US President Donald Trump on Tuesday ruled out the provision of support by China and Russia to Iran, stressing that Washington would reveal any assistance of this kind very quickly.

In a post on the “Truth Social” platform, Trump described the allegations of Chinese and Russian support for Tehran as comments made by “the fools and lunatics of the extreme left.” He added that even if there is any potential assistance, it is limited to a “very low level,” stressing his conviction that there is no support, and warning that the two countries “risk losing a lot.”

It is noteworthy that Trump had stated last April that China had agreed not to supply Iran with weapons, in conjunction with media reports that spoke at the time about Beijing studying plans for faster transfer to Tehran.
