Today, Monday, the Tunisian club Sfaxien officially announced the dissolution of its association with coach Nabil El Kouki and all members of his assistant technical staff.
This administrative decision came as a result of the team’s sudden defeat at home, last Saturday, with an unanswered goal against the “Taqadum Saqiat Al-Da’ir” club, which has recently been promoted to the Tunisian Premier League and is participating in the competition as the second representative of the state of Sfax.
The club confirmed, in an official statement published on its Facebook page, that it will announce the new coaching staff in charge of managing the affairs of the first team in the near future.
This change in the technical staff comes while Sfaxien occupies sixth place in the Tunisian league standings with 8 points, collected from 5 rounds, 4 points behind its rival and leader of the standings, Esperance Club.
