Representative Tony Franjieh recalled the Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, stressing that he will remain present in the minds of the Lebanese generations who lived with him over the decades, and associated with prominent milestones in Lebanon’s modern history.
In his post on the “X” platform, Franjieh considered that the deceased would remain “a symbol of the liberation of the year 2000, the July War, and the victory of 2006,” noting that he “struggled, resisted, and defended his convictions until martyrdom, earning the respect of his enemies and adversaries before his lovers.”
Franjieh concluded his condolences by saying: “Our condolences are to his fans and his family, and the greatest consolation is when all the lands of the south return sovereign, free, and 100 percent Lebanese.”
