Trump plans to establish "Powerful artificial intelligence" He pledges to protect the sector's growth

Today, Saturday, US President Donald Trump announced his intention to create an “artificial intelligence force” that will undertake the task of supervising the regulation of this vital sector, stressing that he will appoint a “responsible” for artificial intelligence in the near future.

This came in a post by Trump on the “Truth Social” platform, in which he explained: “We will not hinder or inhibit the growth of this amazing industry in any way… On the contrary, we will be proud of it, support it, and develop it… But we will also look at the negative aspects, and we can do this very easily through the criminal and civil justice system that we already have.”

On the other hand, there was no immediate response from the White House to requests for comment regarding these announcements.

It is noteworthy that Trump had written in a previous post a few days ago that there was a “malicious conspiracy” being hatched against artificial intelligence and data centers, while at the same time rejecting calls for new federal rules for the sector, and adopting a position that believes that the United States only needs a strong president to regulate it.
