On the occasion, honorary shields were offered to the Minister and the Norwegian Council of Refugees in appreciation of their efforts in supporting the health sector in Akkar. He participated in providing shields in addition to the mayor, Othman Al -Nawab and the town chosen by Ahmed Salihouh Akkar and its dependencies for the Greek Orthodox, where Bishop Basilius Mansour received him, before he concluded his visit to Dr. Abdullah Al -Rassi Governmental Hospital in Halba.
