As for the level of higher education, the statement highlighted that Al -Halabi established the Higher Education Council according to transparent foundations, and formed specialized technical committees, and approved a system “Bluechen” to control the issuance of certificates and equations and combat forgery, while the current criticism indicated that the minister has been overlooked by the reports of technical committees and the preference of other institutions.
