Social Security pursues the forgery of the recording of the procedure

The Public Relations Directorate at the National Social Security Fund stated that it is a continuation of the reformist approach adopted by the Director General Dr. Mohamed Karaki, especially at the supervisory level, whether on hospitals or institutions and companies, and in order to protect the rights of content and security funds, the Fund’s controls continue to prosecute any violation of laws or an illegal exploitation attempt for guarantee resources.
The Fund announced that it filed a criminal complaint with the financial prosecution in Beirut against two companies and their owners on charges of forgery and registration of two fake wages to benefit from the insurance submission without right, namely: “The elegant shoe house, M.M.” owned by the two partners Omar Al -Hajj Ahmed and Rami Al -Hajj Ahmed, and the “Valley Trade Company, M.M.” owned by Samar Hassan Ajini. The prosecution came against each of the two companies And those responsible for them and the delusional measures (total 9), and everyone who proves its involvement in the crime of forgery, wasting public money, and benefiting from the guarantees without right. And systems that regulate the relationship with social security.
