Ihab Matar praises the role of state security and stresses the necessity of continuing the institutional approach

Today, MP Ihab Matar visited the Director General of State Security, Major General Edgar Londes, in his office at the State Security Directorate, where the latest developments were discussed, in addition to a number of Trabulsi issues.
During the meeting, Matar talked about his “appreciation for the tremendous efforts made by Major General Londes at the head of this directorate, along with the officers and elements who work sincerely and dedication.” He stressed “the importance of the role that this institution plays in pursuing violations and controlling them at various levels,” stressing “the importance of continuing the same approach in order to combat corruption and establish security and stability in the hearts of the people.”
