The Minister of Culture, Dr. Ghassan Salama, met in his office at the National Library-Al-Awan’a and in the presence of the architect Jad Tabet, representative of the International Fund for Antiquities in Arab Countries, Dr. Eli Fluti, where he discussed the activation of cooperation with the ministry in relation to the cultural heritage.
After the meeting, Fluti said: “I was honored to meet Minister Salama, who highly appreciate his efforts in order to preserve our Lebanese heritage and heritage, which is our identity and civilization, especially since we in the World Fund for Evidence shed light on the human heritage, whether material or non -material where we hope that there will be cooperation on a broader scale between the fund and Lebanon rich in its relic, its heritage and its culture, where we hope that the meetings are renewed with Minister Salama to also benefit from his expertise and future aspirations in this sector. Later on, the Minister of Culture, the head of the National Heritage Foundation, Mrs. Mona Al -Hrawi and a member of the committee for what peace and circulation with them in general cultural affairs, received in addition to the existing cooperation between the Alwazra and the Foundation in a number of activities. Among the visitors of Salama Dr. Hashem Sarkis, Dean of the College of Engineering and Planning at the Mashstus Institute of Technology in Bostal Sarkis in Lebanon and his willingness to cooperate with the ministry.
