Gemayel met the delegation of the Maronite League: frankness, reconciliation, and extending the hand, the pluralistic guarantee of Lebanon

The head of the Lebanese Phalange Party, MP Sami Al -Gemayel, received at its headquarters in Bakfiya a delegation from the Executive Council of the Maronite League headed by Captain Eng. Maroun Al -Helou, and the meeting was attended by a member of the political bureau, Minister Alan Hakim, head of the Thought Authority Rafik Ghanem, and the advisers of President Sassin Sassin and Abdullah Nassar, in addition to the lawyer Imad Khoury.

The meeting dealt with the national role of the association and the importance of remaining a vital impulsive force to serve the interest of Christians and enhance Lebanon’s message as a free and pluralistic country. The social, health and educational challenges that require sustainable treatments that prove the Maronites and Christians in their land, and ensure their continued active presence in their home Its part, the association presented its most prominent activities aimed at enhancing communication between Lebanon and the Lebanese spread, in order to facilitate their return and adhere to their roots, and contribute to stabilizing their presence in national life.
