An article on Lebanon bears a warning .. What did he say about the party?

The “Medel East Monitor” website published a new report in which he spoke about the issue of disarmament of “Hezbollah” in Lebanon, warning of the risks of an internal war.

The report, translated by “Lebanon 24”, spoke about the Lebanese government’s move to disarm “Hizbullah”, noting that the United States supports these government efforts by granting Lebanon promises to provide reconstruction aid, and added: “For America, Hizbullah is not just a militia, but rather the main obstacle to Lebanon’s stability.”
He continued: “Here comes the role of Tom Brak, the American envoy to Lebanon. The latter carried with him to Beirut a 6 -page road map that included the disarmament item. Hezbollah by the end of the year, and Israel stopped its operations in the south, and opened the way for international reconstruction aid.
He continued: “What Washington depicts as diplomacy, is classified by Hezbollah as coercion. The party rejected the Brak’s initiative as intimidation and threat in preparation for a convincing foreign guardian in the form of help.”
The report notes that “Tehran was quick to strengthen the determination of Hezbollah,” noting that the Secretary of the Supreme Council of Iranian National Security, Ali Larijani, came to Beirut this month, carrying a cautious message in which he said that “Iran does not interfere in Lebanese affairs, however, it stands firmly behind Hizbulb.”
The report also believes that “with its decline in its influence in Syria, Iran is now more dependent on its Lebanese ally to extend its influence in the Arab world.” He added: “With this, Lebanon is not the only square in which Washington pressed to dismantle Iran -backed forces. In Iraq, the United States pressed successive governments to curb the popular crowd, which is a widespread alliance of militias and was born in the war against a support. But it is a long time ago with Tehran.
He continued: “There is a fatal imbalance that hinders the initiative of disarmament. On the one hand, Hezbollah demands to abandon its arsenal while Israel still occupies 5 Lebanese strategic sites. For Hezbollah, whose identity is formed in the place. Harmament, this concession is an uninterrupted matter.”
He continued: “Hizbullah still has a loyalty to a large segment of the Shiites in Lebanon, and his weapon by force will lead to bloodshed, probably on sectarian foundations. Therefore, the ghost of 1975 is still being guessed on the country. After 50 years, the country cannot bear the slip into another war that no one can earn.”
The report stated that “Hizbullah will not remove its weapon as long as the Israeli forces remain on Lebanese soil.” He added: “This reality cannot be excluded unless Washington is able to force Israel to withdraw, and it is a possibility that is still far. It will be destroyed. The alternative is hard, but it is inevitable: a sustainable dialogue, regional diplomacy, and the awareness that stability cannot be imposed by force.
He concluded: “Actually, Lebanon stands again at the crossroads. The choice between repeating the blood of the past, or stopping and reconsidering, and seeking a political settlement alone to avoid the disaster.”
