Likewise, the sources indicate that “HH” was deluding the victims that he was able to obtain them on press cards and give them the ability to benefit from health insurance, and the last issue was working to promote them during the recent Israeli war on Lebanon.
Information obtained by “Lebanon 24” that phone calls and conversations signed “HH” after its content and content were documented, explaining that 3 victims recently filed complaints against him directly, which necessitated a quick move of the security forces.

The security forces had issued a statement regarding the aforementioned arrested, and it was stated in it:
Recently, the media has spread to a recording showing one of the people who deluded his victims of his ability to secure jobs for them within international organizations, in exchange for transferring sums of money ranging between 60 and 300 USD through money transfer centers. He was preparing them by obtaining a monthly salary of $ 800 within a maximum period of two days, then he was banning them after receiving the amount.
As a result of the follow -up and intense investigations, the southern suburb of the judicial suburb of the Judicial Police Unit was able to arrest him, called: H. H. (Born in 1981, Lebanese).
With his investigation, he confessed to having fraudulent operations about two years ago, and impersonating an official employee in the Ministry of Finance. During the raid of his place of residence, several cell phones were seized that he was using to communicate with his victims, in addition to a computer through which forged documents are deluded by international organizations. In the computer, video clips of a blatant nature, which belongs to one of the victims, were also found, and he photographed her without her knowledge or consent.
