Black stamps market returned

The black market for selling financial stamps returned to the front with the approaching year of the school year, as citizens complained of selling the stamp of 50 thousand pounds at prices sometimes reaching 800 thousand pounds.
The surprise, according to complaints, is that the sales operations take place inside the companies and in front of the centers of education departments by exploiting the need of citizens who face difficulty in securing the stamps needed to ratify school testimonies.
