Step war is a step in start

Tony Issa wrote in “Al -Gomhoria”: It is clear that Lebanon is about to enter into a violent diplomatic confrontation with Israel, entitled: Step Step. During it, it is likely that it will raise the military heat, to have the upper hand and impose its diplomatic options.

Barak and his deputy, Morgan Ortigos and all other brokers, are trying to write a diplomatic “code” accepted by the two parties. And their mission is not easy, and it is summarized in finding a “sequence of events” that achieves the minimum guarantees for each party, without being felt that he provided more than what he got. Some experts imagine a solution based on the implementation of small “double stages” by applying the following scenario or the like:
The first stage: Lebanon dismantles several rules for the “party”, in certain areas, while Israel stops its war operations for a trial period.
The second stage: Lebanon records progress in the withdrawal of the party’s weapon, and Israel begins with a partial withdrawal from the sites in which it remained.
The third stage: Lebanon enters the implementation of the timetable for the delivery of the entire weapon, and Israel begins serious talks on the exchange of prisoners and the last arrangements.
This scenario may be theoretical and difficult, because the official Lebanon will try hard to brake its concessions to avoid the breastfeeding of the Israeli conditions, and to avoid the great collision with Hizbullah.
On the other hand, Israel will exercise extreme blackmail to force Lebanon to bow. Therefore, the conflict between Lebanon and Israel has become essentially about: “Who is the strongest … and the smartest, and the most able to bear the biting of the harsh fingers, and does not scream!
