On the withdrawal from the five points … an Israeli source responds to Barak

In response to Barak, an Israeli political source said that Israel has no intention to maintain Lebanese territory.

He added: “There is no intention to maintain Lebanese lands, and we will do what is required when the leadership of Lebanon takes actual steps.” He pointed out that “we will discuss withdrawal from the five points in Lebanon with the observation committee.” He pointed out that the withdrawal from the five points will take place under a coordinated mechanism with the ceasefire committee.
