The smartphone and desktop versions of the application have seen significant developments, as the AI Editor assistant has been integrated to edit texts directly in the message writing bar. This assistant allows users to correct spelling errors, improve writing style, translate texts into different languages, and even add emojis. Free use of this assistant is available for a limited number of times, while additional services will be provided to subscribers of paid versions of the “Telegram” application.
In addition, the update brought Telegram users on iOS devices the ability to scan documents using the phone’s camera and merge multiple images into a single PDF file.
Users are also provided with enhanced features for searching for music in stored audio files, with the ability to upload these files directly from the device to Telegram.
As for the “Polls” feature in the application, ten new features have been added to it, including the ability to set timers for the poll to end, add media files or sites to responses, randomize the order of options, and allow users to suggest new options.
App users can also send live images in three modes: play the animation once when opened, repeat it, or play it back and forth repeatedly.
The application also now provides additional features to create custom bots in simple steps, in addition to improvements in protection, as a warning appears in the profiles of users who use the “Telegram” application from a third party. (Russia Today)
