In a notable development on the field scene, the Islamic Resistance – Hezbollah announced the implementation of a series of intensive military operations targeting sites and concentrations of Israeli army forces and vehicles in multiple border areas, in the context of the ongoing confrontations in southern Lebanon.

The resistance explained in successive statements that “in defense of Lebanon and its people,” its fighters, at exactly 19:00 pm on Saturday, March 21, 2026, targeted a gathering of Israeli army soldiers and vehicles at Al-Khazzan Hill in the border town of Al-Adisa with a barrage of missiles.

It also added that at 22:20 on the same day, another gathering of Israeli forces and vehicles in Jabal Wardah in the town of Markaba was targeted with a similar missile attack.

The resistance stated that the operations increased in intensity after midnight, as it targeted, at 00:10 am on Sunday, March 22, 2026, a gathering of Israeli soldiers and vehicles on the Al-Muhaisbat Hill, south of the Taiba project, with a missile launcher, then targeted the same site again five minutes later with artillery shells.

It indicated that at 00:30 it carried out a third attack on the same site with a missile salvo, in a noticeable repetition of strikes on the same point, which indicates an attempt to increase the fire pressure on this axis.

It also announced that another gathering in the Al-Taybeh project was targeted at 00:40 with a missile strike, in conjunction with the bombing of a site in Khirbet Al-Kasif, southwest of the town of Al-Taybeh, with artillery shells at 00:10.

In the Khiam axis, the resistance confirmed the implementation of three simultaneous operations at 3:20 in the morning, targeting concentrations of Israeli soldiers in the city of Khiam, and the newly created Al-Hamams site south of it, in addition to Wadi Al-Asafir, all with a barrage of missiles.

It also indicated that an operation had been carried out at 3:10, targeting a gathering of soldiers in the vicinity of Khiam detention center with a heavy missile, before announcing at 5:00 that it had targeted a gathering of Israeli soldiers and vehicles in the town of Taybeh with a specific missile.

These operations show a wide geographical spread between Al-Adaysah, Markaba, Al-Taybeh, Al-Khiyam and their surroundings, with a clear focus on Al-Muhaisbat Hill and the Al-Taybeh project, where the attacks were repeated more than once within a short period of time.

The intensity of operations during the dawn hours also reflects an escalation in the pace of clashes, using rockets, artillery shells, or heavy and specific missiles.

This escalation comes after a day that witnessed intense operations, as the resistance announced yesterday, Saturday, the implementation of 35 various military operations along the front.

These operations included targeting Israeli army positions and gatherings with missiles and attack drones, in addition to direct clashes in several areas, most notably Naqoura and Khiam.

Among the most important things stated in yesterday’s statements, Saturday:

Targeting new sites with attack drones and achieving direct hits
Bombing military bases such as “Filon” and “Dado” with missile launchers
Implementing repeated strikes on the Taybeh and Khallet Al-Aqsa projects
Targeting settlements in northern occupied Palestine within the framework of a “warning”
Direct clashes with Israeli forces that attempted to advance towards Naqoura
Targeting Merkava tanks with guided missiles and hitting them directly
Attacking air defense systems and military bases deep inside

At the conclusion of its statements, the resistance confirmed that its operations come within the framework of “defending Lebanon and its people,” stressing that it is targeting military sites. In return, it accuses Israel of targeting civilians.
