German club Bayern Munich issued a decisive response to reports that spoke of Real Madrid’s desire to sign its star, Michael Olise, during the upcoming summer transfer period.
The 24-year-old has a valid contract with Bayern Munich until 2029, and the contract does not include any release clauses, which prompted Real Madrid to allocate a huge budget to complete this potential deal.
The newspaper “Sport Bild” reported that Florentino Pérez, president of Real Madrid, is placing the inclusion of the Bayern Munich winger at the top of his priorities next summer, with the club preparing to make a large financial offer to persuade the German club to abandon the player.
The newspaper confirmed that “Real Madrid is ready to pay 160 million euros to include Michael Olise.”
She also indicated Real Madrid president Florentino Pérez’s great admiration for the French player, and his plans to conclude a huge and expensive deal at the end of the season to gain the satisfaction of the fans.
On the other hand, Bayern Munich was quick to deny these rumours, as the “Foot Mercato” network revealed that Bayern Munich absolutely does not want to waste the player’s services.
The network added: “Ulysses is under contract until 2029, and his contract does not include any penalty clause, and the Bavarian club does not intend to sell him.”
Thanks to his scoring 15 goals and assisting 23 goals in 38 matches during the current season, Michael Olise shows his great importance to the German team, which aims to maintain its star despite the interest raised by Real Madrid. (Arm News)
