As Israeli attacks continue on various areas in Lebanese territory, human losses are constantly increasing. The Lebanese Ministry of Health revealed the latest statistics related to the effects of this military escalation.
In its daily statement issued by the Health Emergency Operations Center regarding developments in the “Israeli aggression against Lebanon,” the Ministry announced that the total number of martyrs from March 2 to March 13 reached “773 martyrs,” while the number of injured reached “1,933.”
The report also drew attention to the increasing number of child victims, as the number of child martyrs rose from “98” the previous day to “103 martyrs” today. Also, the number of injured children increased from “304” yesterday to “326 children” today.
These numbers come in the context of a major military escalation that the Lebanese territories have been witnessing for several days, as Israeli raids continue on areas in the south, the Bekaa, and the southern suburb of Beirut, accompanied by intense flights of military and reconnaissance aircraft in the airspace.
