In a meeting held today, Wednesday, headed by Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, the Egyptian Council of Ministers approved a plan to allocate new plots of land for sale in US dollars in sixteen cities. These requests include the implementation of a variety of investment projects, including: “administrative residential commercial”, “administrative” activities, “residential commercial”, “hotel”, “commercial”, “educational”, “administrative commercial”, “administrative commercial hotel entertainment”, in addition to “nurseries”, “mixed urban activities”, “stores”, “commercial exhibitions”, “youth workshops”, and “Craft workshops.”

The list of cities in which lands will be allocated includes: “6th of October,” “New Assiut,” “Sadat,” “10th of Ramadan,” “Badr,” “New Alamein,” “New Damietta,” “Sheikh Zayed,” “New Obour,” “New Cairo,” “New Beni Suef,” “New Mansoura,” “New Aswan,” “15th of May,” and “New Burj Al Arab” and “New Thebes”.
