The French Football League announced its approval of Paris Saint-Germain’s request to postpone its match against Nantes in the local league championship, as part of the Parisian team’s preparations to face Chelsea in the Champions League.

The League took the decision to postpone, given that the match was to be held in the period between the two-legged matches between Paris Saint-Germain and Chelsea in the Champions League.

According to the association’s statement, the Nantes match will be played during the week starting April 20, and the specific date will be announced later.

It is noteworthy that the first leg between Paris Saint-Germain and Chelsea in the Champions League will be held on March 11 in Paris, while the return match will be held on March 17 in London.

It should be noted that last season, a similar match between Nantes and Paris Saint-Germain was postponed due to its coincidence with the Champions League quarter-final matches against Aston Villa, which ended with scores of “3-1” and “2-3” in favor of Paris.
