The Google Photos feature is now available on Android, allowing users to create collages from photos. This feature was originally launched on iOS last August, and it allows objects in photos, whether they are people, pets, or other things, to be transformed into custom stickers with ease, according to what was reported by the “Google9to5” website.
Google has confirmed that there is no longer a need to use any specialized tools or additional applications to accomplish this task. She noted that the launch of this feature on the Android system coincides with the decision to stop support for the “Pixel Studio” application.
How to create stickers:
To create stickers, start by opening the Google Photos app on your Android device, then select the image you want to use. You will notice a shiny visual effect that identifies the main element in the image which can be turned into a poster. Next, tap and hold that item to create the sticker. You can then choose the “Copy” option to copy the sticker or the “Share” option to send it to others.
Google advises users to choose images in which the item to be converted into a sticker appears clearly in the foreground of the image. It also indicates that these stickers can be used and shared across various popular applications such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and others.
This feature is now available on most Android devices that run recent versions of the operating system and have at least 4 GB of RAM.
