Hezbollah and the people of Hermel mourned the martyr Hussein Khairallah Alaa El-Din, where a solemn memorial ceremony was held at the “Solidarity” Stadium. Amid playing the music of the Imam Mahdi Scouts and chanting the oath of loyalty, the coffin was carried in the presence of MP Ihab Hamadeh, a member of the “Loyalty to the Resistance” bloc, a number of clerics, prominent figures, and crowds of people.

During the funeral, Representative Hamadeh gave a speech in which he stressed that Israel, through its bombing of the Bekaa region yesterday, “wanted to commit a massacre in every sense of the word,” considering that this act “moved from one level of targeting to another criminal level.” Hamadeh also criticized the performance of the Lebanese government, considering that “its voice that we hear is neither presented nor delayed at the level of the situation and confrontation.”

After the Mufti of Hermel, Sheikh Ali Taha, presided over the funeral prayer, the funeral of the martyr Alaeddin took place in the Iranian neighborhood in Hermel, where he was buried in the neighborhood cemetery next to the martyrs who preceded him.

In a separate funeral, Hezbollah and the people of Shaath and neighboring villages bid farewell to the martyr Ahmed Hussein Al-Haj Hassan, in the presence of MPs Hussein Al-Haj Hassan and Melhem Al-Hujairi, along with religious, political, municipal and social figures.

The burial was preceded by a special honorary ceremony that included chanting the oath of loyalty, then the town’s imam, Sheikh Khalil Yassin, presided over the funeral prayer for the martyr, to be buried next to the town’s martyrs.
