Following the Israeli air strikes that targeted the Bekaa region on Friday, Hezbollah issued an official statement announcing the martyrdom of seven of its fighters.
The party reported in its statement that leader Hussein Muhammad Yaghi “Abu Ali Sadiq” (born in 1984) from the city of Baalbek was martyred as a result of the attacks launched by Israel on the Bekaa region.
The same statement stated that the air strikes also caused the martyrdom of Muhammad Ibrahim al-Musawi “Ali Hussein” (born in 1980) from the town of Nabi Sheet, and Ali Zaid al-Musawi “Nasser” (born in 1990) from the same town.
The party also announced the martyrdom of Hussein Khairallah Alaa El-Din “Radwan” (born in 1989) from the city of Hermel, and Ahmed Hussein Al-Haj Hassan “Mujahid” (born in 1987) from the town of Shaath, confirming that they were martyred during the raids on the region.
The obituary statement also included the names of Qasim Ali Mahdi “Abdul Muttalib” (born in 1981) from the town of Ali Al-Nahri, and Ahmed Muhammad Zuaiter “Ashtar” (born in 1996) from the town of Riha, who were martyred as a result of the Israeli raids that targeted the Bekaa Valley.
