The name of Egyptian star Mohamed Salah has been in the news lately, not only because of his amazing goals on the field and the rumors circulating about his possible transfer from Liverpool, but also because of his continued ability to attract sponsors, thanks to his remarkable brilliance over the past seasons.

“Salah” is associated with huge sponsorship contracts with major international companies in various fields such as sportswear and communications, including “Adidas”, “Pepsi”, “Vodafone”, “Uber” and “Oppo”.

The British newspaper “The Sun” revealed the huge profits achieved by “Salah” through sponsorship contracts and the exploitation of his image rights.

The newspaper explained that the Egyptian star had collected approximately 45 million pounds sterling during the last season alone from sponsorship contracts, a number that clearly reflects his global commercial standing and his overwhelming football fame.

During last season, Salah made profits estimated at about 8 million pounds from his sources of income outside the field, which is equivalent to more than 150 thousand pounds sterling per week, in addition to his weekly salary of about 400 thousand pounds sterling.

These profits represent a significant increase of 5 million pounds sterling compared to the previous season, and this is due to the increase in the profits of the 33-year-old player thanks to the bonuses he received as a result of his victory with Liverpool in the English Premier League title, in addition to his obtaining the Golden Shoe Award and the Best Playmaker Award in the “Premier League.”

The newspaper confirmed that “Mohamed Salah” has established a company specialized in exploiting his image rights, with the value of its assets amounting to 44.5 million pounds sterling, with financial obligations exceeding 1.5 million pounds sterling.
