On Sunday evening, a hotel in the city of Jounieh witnessed the death of a man in his eighties who was found dead inside his room, according to what the National News Agency reported.
Immediately, members of the security and forensic forces went to the site and began procedures and investigations to uncover the circumstances of the incident.
The coroner’s report, upon examination of the body, resolved doubts about the existence of any unnatural circumstances, confirming that the death resulted from natural causes.
In the same context, civil defense personnel transported the body to Our Lady of Lebanon University Hospital. These security and judicial measures are part of the steps taken to document the circumstances of death and verify its circumstances based on available medical evidence.
