From Beit Lev to Majdal Zone: fake raids, bombings and continuous bombings

The Israeli military escalation in southern Lebanon continued until the early hours of the night, accompanied by the launching of flare bombs and intense flights of warplanes, at the end of a day that witnessed a series of bombings and artillery shelling that targeted a number of towns and the southern region.

The Lebanon Debate correspondent reported that Israeli forces dropped flares over the towns of Majdal Zoun and Al-Mansouri and their surroundings, coinciding with the continued intense air activity in the southern airspace.

This night escalation was preceded by low-flying Israeli warplanes, especially over the western sector, where the planes carried out mock raids and dropped heat balloons.

In the field of bombing, Israeli artillery targeted Wadi Zabqin and Wadi Hassan on the outskirts of the town of Majdal Zoun, after recording two huge explosions inside the town itself.

Over the course of the afternoon hours, the attacks affected several areas, as an explosion was recorded in the town of Mays al-Jabal, and artillery shelling targeted the vicinity of the towns of Zawtar al-Sharqiya and Mifdoun, in addition to a bombing that targeted the town of al-Mansouri, and another bombing was recorded in the town of Beit Lev.

These developments reflect a day of gradual escalation in the south, characterized by a variety of military methods, including bombings, artillery shelling, and intense air activity, which kept the state of extreme tension in place until the night hours.
