The Chief of the General Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces and Commander of the Khatam al-Anbia Central Headquarters, Major General Ali Abdullah, confirmed that the approach of the former Secretary General of Hezbollah, the martyr Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah, continues with strength and stability, stressing that “the resistance front has not weakened, but has reached a clear strategic unity on both the declared and hidden levels.”
In his statement today, Monday, on the occasion of the second anniversary of the martyrdom of Sayyed Nasrallah and Sayyed Hashem Safi al-Din, Major General Abdullah added that “the armed forces, alongside the Mujahideen of the Islamic Resistance, are fully prepared to respond devastatingly to any threat targeting the nation.”
In the same context, the Leader of the Revolution and the Islamic Republic, Mr. Mojtaba Khamenei, remembered the two deceased figures, stressing that Mr. Nasrallah was a man who “had all the love for his nation and his school, and his sincere speeches and courageous actions strengthened the hearts of his people and the peoples of the free world.” He pointed out that “he raised the name of Lebanon, and victory and conquest were his constant companions,” considering that “throughout the history of the Levant until now, after the prophets and their guardians, a man of his greatness has not emerged in that ancient land.”
Mr. Mojtaba Khamenei concluded by emphasizing that the banner of resistance is now in the hands of the Secretary-General of Hezbollah, Sheikh Naim Qassem, who will continue its march courageously at the forefront of the party’s ranks.
