Huawei announced the Nova 16s series of phones, which are its new mid-range smartphones, stressing that these phones focus on outdoor photography and the quality of images in natural colors.

The Huawei Nova 16s phone comes with a 200-megapixel main camera with RYYB technology (an extremely large sensor), and there is a 1.5-megapixel multi-spectral sensor on both the front and back of the device, for color accuracy.

The thickness of the model is only 7.1 mm, weighs 218 grams, and is available in blue, sparkling crystal, black, and white. The flagship model features a 6.84-inch screen, while the basic model comes with a 6.68-inch screen.

The Nova 16s Pro phone contains a “super battery” with a capacity of 7,000 mAh, and supports 100-watt fast charging with “Huawei SuperCharge Turbo” technology.

During the IFA 2026.0 conference, Huawei is scheduled to unveil the “FreeBuds New” headphones, which are the company’s latest fully wireless earphones, and come in an oval-shaped box.

Huawei also announced its 12-inch MatePad Pro tablet, which features a 12-inch 3K screen, is only 4.7 mm thick, and is equipped with a large battery and many other features.

The 12-inch Huawei MatePad Pro weighs 454 grams thanks to the company’s new Cloud Falcon architecture, and uses a reinforced structure that increases bending resistance by 50%, and an integrated metal design.

The front screen features 12-inch OLED technology, providing a complete viewing experience.
