The company announced the official launch of the application after a limited test that began last June, in what Meta describes as “a daily assistant powered by artificial intelligence for content makers on Facebook.”
The “Creator Studio” application focuses on three main tasks, which are determining the daily priorities of the content creator, providing personalized advice to help grow the account, in addition to formulating suggested responses to followers using artificial intelligence.
The application is currently available on iPhone devices for Facebook content creators in the United States and Canada, with the company launching a version for Android devices later, with plans to expand its availability globally.
Facebook designed the application to be an integrated workspace for managing accounts, especially with content creators constantly moving between Reels clips, messages, posts, and comments.
When the application is opened, the user is shown a list of daily priorities, such as reviewing a recent post, tracking progress towards a specific goal, or responding to comments.
The application includes an assistant powered by artificial intelligence, which relies on content data, account performance, audience interaction, and goals set by the user, in order to provide personalized recommendations.
Instead of manually searching analytics panels, a content creator can ask direct questions, such as: “When do I post?” Or “Why did this clip perform better than other clips?”
Also, the dialogue can be followed up with additional questions about audience changes or appropriate ways to improve future posts. The assistant can also suggest content formats and popular topics, or nominate other content creators in the same field to benefit from their experiences.
The role of “Creator Studio” also extends to managing comments; The app identifies comments that might merit a response, then suggests answers that Facebook says mimic the content creator’s usual style.
These responses are not published automatically, as the user can edit or approve each answer before it is published.
Facebook says that some participants in early tests changed their content creation strategies based on the app’s recommendations.
According to the company, a content creator specializing in food reported that trying out a content format suggested by “Creator Studio” helped her gain 4,000 followers from a single video. (aitnews)
